On June 4th, 2026, we went to the unit and, to our dismay, found it full of mouse droppings and a Persian rug completely destroyed. Mouse droppings were all over the unit, the smell of urine was unbearable, and the cardboard boxes were gnawed by rodents. You indicate that my insurance is responsible for the damages according to the contract I signed and that I have to review it.In any case, you cannot offer such terrible service and not fumigate your facility. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a self-storage facility. After so many years trusting that my belongings were well protected and paying a fairly high price, I could never recommend your service to anyone.After this, I am terminating my contract because I cannot keep my things in such a filthy place. where you are incapable of taking responsibility for the services you provide.
