The reason why I gave a 10 in the score is because the people who work in the office are very kind and helpful they always try to have a conversation with us and make us feel welcomed. They always make the place look clean and I appreciate there hard work

Friendly helpful staff

The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help. The price of the unit was quite reasonable for a short-term stay. Plus, the location couldn't have been more convenient; it was absolutely superb.

Storage unit was fine; getting in and out of the loading dock was a nightmare. It’s a free for all and there should be a way to reserve a bay.Also fix the garage door so large trucks can enter more than 1 bay. It was broken when we moved in and it was broken when we moved out.
