Having an apartment, I liked the idea of having this for extra storage, but the rent increases were becoming too much! I remember signing up on a promotion and thought I would at least have the first year at a decent rate, but it turned out to be something else. I kept it because there was a need, but the increases, made it difficult to hold on to that the best portion was to move to larger space.
