The office team was great. The facility was clean and well-kept.

The store manager, Ms. Edwidge is extremely helpful and has a high level of customer service. She makes sure that the customer is satisfied. The professionalism that she offers makes the process seamless.

The people in the office at the Taylor Street, Washington DC office are so nice. They helped all along the way from reserving the unit at the best price, how to load and unload (provided luggage cart), how the locks worked, etc. The facility was clean inside and locks/doors worked well. Mainly I was impressed with the women working in the office though. Very friendly, helpful and nice.

The location was very convenient

Edwige is one of the best individuals I've worked with. Professional, Informative, and courteous. She's helped me all 3-summers after school for our daughter, and would offer her job in our own office any day! CubeSmart is very fortunate to have her running the show.

It has always been easy to reserve a storage unit and complete the paperwork. The front desk is always friendly and helpful.

Everyone I spoke to before I rented the unit was very nice and helpful. Moving everything into and out of storage was easy and again the employees assisted me when I needed it.
