I chose CubeSmart based on price, unit access, and customer service. I’m still waiting on an email with my access information which was supposed to come to me within a few minutes of me enrolling. I also had challenges accessing the original discount which drew me to CubeSmart.

The facility was very clean. The staff was very helpful and I was always greeted with respect and a smile. Access was always available. It was never crowded.

Aside from the high monthly fee, the personnel are excellent, friendly, helpful and patient. I can never remember to bring my card and the office staff are kind enough to look up my access code.
