Website said it was for Kalamazoo end up being in Washington DC on New York Ave nowheres near me wouldn't refund my money. Told me that they didn't take my money and I have receipts

Ms.Dee was great! Very polite & professional.She was able to assist me with getting a nice size unit.She was able to address all of my need needs & concerns! Overall my experience was great,I would recommend this location to anyone! Ms.Dee & Des are always so helpful!
