The gentleman with the bald head (maybe the owner?) kept interfering with the salesman who was talking to me about pricing. If I were that salesman, I would have quit immediately. It made me very uncomfortable as a possible client. The owner should have had—hard copy—the pricing written down for the salesman.

Worst storage experience I've ever had. These two men are bossy controlling and nosey. Not friendly just flat out rude, or maybe that's just to female customers. I'd rather pay more for a storage unit else where

Clean convenient reasonable price for 30 days

From the start hd problems with pricing. After moving in we start to have problems with the unit. Instalation was fall from the roof on the inside of the unit. After try to get help with the unit. I was told I was cussing problem by call in to put a clam in. After calling in twice I was told I had to move out.after paying for the insurance that was offer by the office they did nothing for the claim. The office staff very rude.

Great staff that are very helpful if you need them to do something, and the checkout process was easy

I have a Storage in Centerville Ohio & Jeremy the Manager just worked with me on a larger unit & I wasso pleased with his assistance!

1. There is someone living in the unit across from me. When I mentioned this to the manager of the units, it wasn't a concern.2. I did not feel safe being there, especially at night, by myself to unload or load. Likewise, I wasn't sure my storage unit was secure.3. The pavement around the units is in poor shape and very rough. There was a huge hole in the middle of the exit drive for months and was just repaired within the last couple of weeks.4. I feel the unit is overpriced for the overall quality of the place.5. The manager informed me they raise prices every 6 months.6. The unit was dirty when I moved in...dirt in the corners and debris left inside from the previous owner. It also smelled of animal urine.

Friendly management, I feel safe there when I am alone, convenient location.

Scott and Jeremy made everything easy, from showing me available units to signing me up
