Custom service was good although from 2019-2026 price went up by $30 more a month. My biggest problem was the mice/rats. If your belonging are not sealed tight in a tote they will be ruined. Even then you will see rat pee and poop on top of all the totes you store. I lost a lot of my stuff, including my daughter’s first baby blanket.

Forced me out of my unit by increasing the price drastically since first signing up. The units are older with no lighting and nothing like the newer storage places . The newer places have air, lifting , they are clean for around the same and some much cheaper . The fees and costs forced me to leave . The managers are great that work in the office . But company as a whole just isn’t good .

My rent doubled in less than a year. I’ve had another unit that is bigger in another location since 2019 and my price has remained $80 since I opened that account. Those are true honest people. This unit is old, the door sticks the ceiling has some sort of covering that constantly falls off of it getting all of my belongings dirty. It was not a good place to rent and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I also checked out 12 days early and was not given a rebate back for the days I had already prepaid.
