I have dealt with CubeSmart several times over the years and they are always accommidating and informative making sure that you have the best experience and feel safe storing and trusting your treasures at their faciilty. I especially love the Staff the Guys are amazing and extremely helpful.

While it's written in the contract that fees may increase, a 28% increase increment seems excessive. It was too excessive for us so we decided to end our contract.

Well, the guys in the office were great, pleasant and helpful but the property itself....the pavement could be redone to make it a smoother drive on the property, the doors on the units themselves (I had an outside entrance) are showing wear (rusty, etc). The price was the finishing touch, though. I was a little stunned when the price increased last year to $126 but then this year, another increase up to $154. I just didn't want to pay that price so I moved to another facility, smaller unit but closer to home and for less than half of the $154.

I just got the storage a few days ago, and as of now I haven't had any issues. The process was one of the smoothest processes I have encountered, and the app is really great to use. The price isn't bad for the area, I got a small storage unit that will fit me perfectly.

Bait & switch. Your predecessor company promised a much lower rate (about 40% lower) and your company did. It honor this promised rate. I’m an attorney and if I had more time, I would have sued you.

20% increase in the cost of my storage unit out of the blue with less than 30 days actual notification of the price hike. Excessive percentage of storage unit cost fees for late payments. Janky and ragged facility pavement, same with paint and overall appearance of the facility. Stupidly diffiicult customer service phone access. And the fact that I was charged the $277.15 for the cost of my storgae unit on January 16 when I moved out on January 13 and y'all acted like it was no big deal. Is that enough?
