Great customer service at location

I would recommend that people check other places and their ratings first based on the price increases we've experienced. We have rented a storage unit for about a year and a half, and the price has increased at least twice, considerably. We've downsized to offset the cost, but if it continues we will move elsewhere. The snow removal was not good, and they never treated the ice in front of the doors. The staff working the office have been wonderful though.

Scott called me and verified that I was still interested in the unit and advised me to come in and look at the different units st see if the size was appropriate for my needs. He explained the differences in the units and their prices and was very helpful in getting me the correct unit.

Storage area was clean and free of bugs

Overall this is a good company to rent storage space.
