The storage unit itself was nice and did what we needed, but the rapid increase in the monthly cost was frustrating and felt like it was a trick to lure us in at a low price and then take advantage of the effort it would be to find a different option.

You got too expensive.

I just recently rented a storage unit and while everything having to do with the actual unit is great the grounds of the facility are not. We recently got several inches of snow and ice and no one shoveled and it's extremely hard to get into the door to enter the garages as well as the main garage doors. Additionally, I also believe one of the two elevators are down. I was there yesterday and only one was working and it was a busy Saturday.

Albert, the manager of this location, is extraordinary. He goes above and beyond to make the whole process smooth for CubeSmart customers.

Unit flooded. Looked like the it was from the HVAC next door. When mentioned this, the staff wasn’t remotely concerned. They couldn’t do anything because it “wasn’t wet still.” Gave me a flyer and told me to call their insurance.

The storage facility is very clean and well kept. Staff were very helpful and transactions were easy and efficient.
