Ease of accessibility, clean facility, helpfulness of staff.

Very good location and friendly staff

I suddenly had to move out of a unit I was leasing and needed storage until I could find another place to lease. The ease of being able to book alongside the discounts that were provided was amazing. I had booked a storage unit for Sunday the 15th, and when I arrived had issues with my access code, I called the help number and realized I booked for the wrong location. The customer service representative helped me get a unit at the correct location and helped with getting a refund for the other storage unit. Great service all around - would definitely suggest for anyone's storage needs.

Mr. Albert is an amazing and very helpful person. Even one lady, forgot her name, was helpful too. Both have made me to a live demonstration as this was my first time storage experience and I was little nervous using the systme. But both have made me explained perfectly.

It was a good investment for me at the time

The storage unit itself was nice and did what we needed, but the rapid increase in the monthly cost was frustrating and felt like it was a trick to lure us in at a low price and then take advantage of the effort it would be to find a different option.

Great unit

You got too expensive.

I just recently rented a storage unit and while everything having to do with the actual unit is great the grounds of the facility are not. We recently got several inches of snow and ice and no one shoveled and it's extremely hard to get into the door to enter the garages as well as the main garage doors. Additionally, I also believe one of the two elevators are down. I was there yesterday and only one was working and it was a busy Saturday.

Albert, the manager of this location, is extraordinary. He goes above and beyond to make the whole process smooth for CubeSmart customers.
