Both garage doors are not working. One will not open, the other stays open all the time. There was also no code needed for the entry points or the elevators, so combined with the inoperable garage doors, anyone on the DC streets could gain access to any of the storage units. There was also broken glass everywhere in the garage. Just overall not a great first impression.

Monthly fee goes up far too fast.

1. Our unit was broken into and camera equipment and other items taken. No follow up from the managment after we contacted them.2. Bad odors in the elevators.3. Hard to find parking.4. Generally unfriendly attitude by the staff.5. More and more expensive.

No issues. And when I did they were resolved quickly and easily.

It was all going well until my unit was broken into. While I acknowledge that I was using a regular padlock instead of the CubeSmart disc lock, it was still very disappointing to realize that they don't do rounds and they don't have cameras in the hallways. The insurance process is arduous.

Bugs, carpet moths, elevator smells like urine, doors are always broke.

Rent increase was exorbitant. Additionally someone attempted to break into my unit and I was not informed. I only found out about the break in when I visited the unit only find the door and lock damaged. The lock was damaged so much that it would not open. Upon attempting to open the unit with the assistance manager I nearly sliced the tip off one of my fingers. So needless to say my confidence in the security of the building and safety of my items became of great concern.

Instructions and service was seamless and made a very stressful situation of making an emergency move so much easier and stress-free.
