The cube smart representatives Nolan and Nasif at the King Of Prussia location are top notch exceptional. They valued me and my concerns always. They are extremely kind, considerate, pleasant and professional. They always added a high level of care. The facility was extremely clean, fresh and optimally functional at all times.

Your staff was professional and courteous, especially Nolan at Guthrie road and th e facility was kept clean.My complaint SINCE DAY1 was that the motion sensors inside each unit only stay on for 30 seconds. This is unsafe !

Representatives on site are always helpful and friendly, the storage areas are clean and well ventilated, and the access to my storage items was always straightforward and secured by an appropriate ID system.The online account allows for automatic bill payment and chances to communicate with cubesmart reps. I appreciated the monthly email reminder of payment due amounts and dates.
