excessive price increases, movers hogging elevators, facility is now dirty

Very clean, great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Your price increases are predatory - this facility is filthy now and never cleaned - no TP or soap in the bathroom, crap on the hallway floors. You have let commercial movers overrun the place and they hog both elevators with multiple crews so no one else can use them - I moved to a competitor down the road.

Location is convenient, the space is clean, safe and access is easy.

The facility was great but I came in expecting one month free because of the advertising on website that says "second month free AND 40% off" but was told it's actually "up to" that much off. I would have chosen another company because you are more expensive

Raised rent 40% in less than 60 days of being there.

I think CubeSmart is an amazing place to store your things. However the priced went up $80 in a year that’s significant. I had to downsize because I could barely afford it

Nice facility,….just don’t appreciate the frequency of increasing the amount.
