I have been using cubesmart since 2018. It has been one of the easiest and most professional organizations I have dealt with. Representatives on site are always helpful and friendly, the storage areas are clean and well ventilated, and the access to my storage items was always straightforward and secured by an appropriate ID system.The online account allows for automatic bill payment and chances to communicate with cubesmart reps. I appreciated the monthly email reminder of payment due amounts and dates.

Your price increases are predatory - this facility is filthy now and never cleaned - no TP or soap in the bathroom, crap on the hallway floors. You have let commercial movers overrun the place and they hog both elevators with multiple crews so no one else can use them - I moved to a competitor down the road.

Location is convenient, the space is clean, safe and access is easy.

The facility was great but I came in expecting one month free because of the advertising on website that says "second month free AND 40% off" but was told it's actually "up to" that much off. I would have chosen another company because you are more expensive
