My storage space cost $50 a month, and I only used it for 3 months. During one month, I was charged a late fee, and when I called, no one apologized for the error. The late fee was eventually waived, but I decided to stop renting due to this issue. Later, I received an email stating that the rent was increasing. Fortunately, I had already moved out by then.

Exceptional assistance from Nafis and Nolan. Nafis in particular kept track of our needs, contacted us when specific units, sizes and locations were available--and was consistently available for questions. Nolan was informative and reliable, although Nafis was our primary contact. These are good people!
