Your pricing strategy of adjusting prices without warning and in the middle of annual periods is annoying and off putting. It make one feel like becasue my stuff is there and difficult to move we're targets for price increases.

Pretty close to perfect...

I Haden been trying to get help for three months with my storage h it when I was ready to close it out. The new representative in the KOP Guthrie Rd Office was always rude and refused to provide me with the district manager’s phone/email. I was stuck with my unit until I was able locate my keys. The rate was way too expensive especially with such unprofessional unpleasant staff. It’s very difficult to reach anyone anywhere for support regarding my cubesmart unit!
