I Haden been trying to get help for three months with my storage h it when I was ready to close it out. The new representative in the KOP Guthrie Rd Office was always rude and refused to provide me with the district manager’s phone/email. I was stuck with my unit until I was able locate my keys. The rate was way too expensive especially with such unprofessional unpleasant staff. It’s very difficult to reach anyone anywhere for support regarding my cubesmart unit!

Nice clean facility, easy to access. I thought my 40% discount would continue for duration of storage and it did not. Price went up without notification. Also couldn’t access van on sundays.
