Price kept going up. Facility needs a make over.

I called ahead to the office to see if I could come in to reserve a unit and I was helped by a very polite woman who gave me a great deal and assisted me in the unit that would help meet my needs.

Elba, the woman that helped me was great. I give her service a 10. The facility itself needs some upgrades. The rent routinely increases but no improvements are made. The lighting is bad. There are no lights in the units and they recently covered the electrical outlets so I can’t even plug in a light which is what I used to do. The door stop fell of the lift doors years ago and haven’t been replaced. Small things that are easy to do and would make this a better facility.

The facility is quite old and not well-maintained. Rates keep going up to ridiculous levels. There is rarely someone on site. An overall bad experience.

Very fast responses and pleasant people. The storage unit itself was fine and ordinary. I didn’t get the unit bc of the customer service but the customer service was strong

Someone is always in the office which is excellent.And they are very willing to help with the move.

Over all I've had a very good experience with the Cubesmart facility.The few times I called& spoke to Elba she was very helpful-polite&informative.
