The storage itself kept my belongings safe but the customer service is horrible and the rates are awful. To go up near $200 in less than a year and 4 months is diabolical. And why? There were no changes made to the facility.

Great staff (Jennifer and Alesha) took the time to assist us and find the right size storage and location for our needs. We had a tight time table and they made the process easy and had things ready so we could quickly get in the unit the same day needed. The location so far has seemed very nice and clean.
