Extremely clean, organized facility. The staff were wonderful. Most especially “Ivan” a gentleman who helped me with each of my units. Very positive experience. Ten stars, I highly recommend CubeSmart (Pottstown Pike, West Chester).

Difficult exit that for some reason requires another code that requires exit of a car to enter code . No signs for elevators and “Exit” signs that do not lead to exits. Not enough carts for the size of the complex.

Ivan, the facility manager, is the reason I’d recommend Exton CubeSmart. He is kind, responsive, and ensures the facility is clean and well-maintained. If I leave a message, he responds promptly the next day. Customers can count on him..
