Great customer service on site. Storage units were clean. Elevators on upper floors were available and easy to operate

Facility was very clean and well cared for. When I signed my contract, I did not have access for 6 days, due to the unit still having the green security tie on. I had to come in on a Saturday and get the manager to cut it off, despite leaving message prior to have it removed. Also, getting a notice month 4 that my rate is jumping to $380/month before taxes is a scam, when you are still advertising the same units for 40% off (at the $280 rate I had been paying) for new contracts. It seems to me CubeSmart hopes folks on AutoPay don't read their email and get snookered in.

Great (promotional) price, and the site manager, Ivan, worked hard to effect an exemplary experience getting us set up and moved in.

Climate controlled, multiple unit sizes, great staff, competitive pricing, convenience

The place is clean and convent but raiding the rent 50% after 5 months is ridiculous and unsavory. I transferred to another storage unit in the area for 60% less for same size with same 1st loot temp controlled features and they guarantee no more than 15% increase every 6 months. Greediness will not bring you more revenue in the long run.
