This is my 2nd time renting fromcube Smart for my college student only this time was not the same as my first time. I made a reservation then needed to change it. I called 5 days in a row & nobody answered so I had to call corporate to move my date. Then when I went to actually check in they had a fill in from a different store who wasn’t sure where things were. He was helping me then another woman walked in & he was helping her too which didn’t allow me time to see in the lease that you do not pro-rate units. It was a very challenging time.
