Price, convenience and cleanliness

Nice new clean and safe facility.

Reasonably priced, esp at beginning. Price jumped considerably over course of year’s lease (even with low occupancy rates). Good availability of moving carts. Cleanliness seemed to slip as year went along. Staff, when present, were helpful and polite. As temps dropped, interior temps seemed to drop as well. Good access to loading area. Automated doors closed rapidly, often times requiring multiple re-keying entry codes.

The customer service has been fantastic! Everyone has been friendly and very helpful. The entire facility is clean and easy to navigate.

Powers that be raising the price after only 2 months, and I didn’t get a notice of that increase until I talked to the facility manager, about another issue.

Very straightforward and helpful onboarding process! The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 is my lock key is tricky to turn, and it usually takes several tries to lock.

It’s all about Ed and his easy he was to make our storage experience great. Ed was on top of all our needs. Your location and cleanliness was also a real plus.
