Your pricing has gotten way too expensive and when I emailed the corporate office regarding the increase there was no response. The local office just said that was the price and there was no negotiation. Your facility is not full so are you charging current renters more because of it?

Alesha (GM) and Jennifer (SM) were wonderful staff to work with. Very cordial and professional always. The storage facility itself was perfect in terms of location, space and being climate controlled.

The monthly fees were raised too often, seemingly arbitrarily and at exorbitant levels. My rental fee went from $300 to over $450/mo with zero warning or explanation. That’s essentially extortion. And our unit was unlit.And

The storage itself kept my belongings safe but the customer service is horrible and the rates are awful. To go up near $200 in less than a year and 4 months is diabolical. And why? There were no changes made to the facility.
