I had an excellent experience at CubeSmart. Jennifer, the lady who assisted me, was absolutely awesome—super kind, lovely, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. Outstanding customer service like this makes all the difference.
