Because it was clean and easy to rent and because we had 24 access to our unit. Plus the prices were were low and affordable. Also you get to keep your lock when you no longer need the storage unit .

The security there isn't sufficient. Plus I was a victim of theft along with many units that was broken in to. Would not recommend to no one!!!

Prices go up for long time tenets but u get a better deal being new very unfair
