The representative was professional and informative

My unit was inaccessible because cube smart removed my lock and installed another internal lock. When I attempted to rectify the issue the staff was completely unprofessional. My unit runs me $1,500 plus a month, that’s $50 per day. I was forced to move my storage to another facility after over 27 years. I’m planning on filing a lawsuit for the rodent damage to my contents and unauthorized access by cube smart. We will see each other in court. So no I’m not going to recommend your facility.

I loved the convenience of the location. However, the rental rate increased three times within ONE YEAR! That was too much, too fast. I understand increases become necessary, but again that was too much in a short period of time.
