Your rates are higher than anyone in the area.

It was easy and staff was efficient. My only negative is I signed the contract at $100 a month, the monthly rate kept increasing I was getting close to $200 after barely a year. The good news the price increase(s) motivated me to assess what I had in there and I realized I didn’t need it anymore

Clean storage space. Close to Monmouth University. Staff is friendly. Elevator frequently out of service. Should have a phone to contact the office while in the units in case help is needed.
