I have had a storage unit for years off and on and the staff have been great. Took care of any issues I had and were very courteous. just a wonderful experience.

The arbitrary rate increases almost every six months with no notice whatsoever. If it was once per year it maybe understandable but it seemed like it was every six months. Not great for customers
