The arbitrary rate increases almost every six months with no notice whatsoever. If it was once per year it maybe understandable but it seemed like it was every six months. Not great for customers

Rent kept going up lost my husband recently so cutting g on unnecessary bills office staff that I came into contact were very helpful and understanding

You have a very good heart person that run the front office when you ask her a question she knows how to answer it

Karen has great customer service and the location is always clean

Karen as a facility manager is EXCELLENT. The building and perimeter is always clean and well lit and she maintains great communication with customers. I've had as many as 4 units at the same time at this location in as many years - often, while living on the other side of the country. She was helpful when, e.g., one of the doors was stuck and we had to get someone to unwedge it from the top. I can't say enough how much I truly appreciate her professionalism and customer service.
