Karen as a facility manager is EXCELLENT. The building and perimeter is always clean and well lit and she maintains great communication with customers. I've had as many as 4 units at the same time at this location in as many years - often, while living on the other side of the country. She was helpful when, e.g., one of the doors was stuck and we had to get someone to unwedge it from the top. I can't say enough how much I truly appreciate her professionalism and customer service.

Excellent service

The staff was courteous and efficient. Immediately after reserving the unit, I received a call for the location to follow up. Upon arrival the staff was knowledgeable and helpful with question.

You could NEVER feel the AC in the area where my unit was located #2462 and it was very uncomfortable! I DIDN'T like the fact that the price changed within 3 months!
