The extreme price increases every year were not reasonable. A new customer could get a unit for 1/4 the price I was paying and it would take years to get to the price I was paying. At the end I was paying over $60 per foot, more than price commercial retail store frontage. More than double the online non- intorductory rate. This type of increase was predatory, opportunistic and manipulative, betting that people will not move. I cannot in good faith refer anyone to a company that takes such extreme advantage of customers and will not negotiate a reasonable rate when requested.

Great experience with Sophie, she has been fantastic.

The price increases have been egregious. Starting out at $125 and finally ending at $325 is laughable.
