Easy access, very clean and great staff

I’ve had a great experience with CubeSmart, and a big part of that is thanks to Sophie. She is incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful in the way she deals with customers. From the moment I walked in, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to answer every question and make sure I felt confident in my decision.It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional but also truly cares about the customer experience. Sophie is absolutely the reason I chose to rent at this location, and she continues to make it a pleasure to be a customer here. Highly recommend!

I always rent from your location. Your staff is always cordial and helpful. The property is clean and well taken care of. When I am inside the building I always feel safe.I would never go anywhere else, and have referred clients to your facility.I'm sure I will need your services again soon.

overly expensive.

Convenient location, good offers, and friendly staff.

I was unaware that I was on a promo rate.... shocked when told that when inquiring about the rate increase...It is not clearly stated online when renting a unit, or I just didn't read the fine print... in either case it felt sneaky and cheap..maybe by design ... lets get customers in here under a false pretense and then slam them with rate increases whenever we feel like it . And to top it off, you have shady customers living out of their units!!! Crack heads living in unregistered vehicles in the parking lot, using the power outlet in the back of the building to charge their phone..
