The staff was courteous and professional when I enquired about reserving a storage unit. They were extremely informative about what size I would need and how the process could be completed online. Upon arrival, I was able to pickup the lock, enter the secured facility with a code, and place the items in the unit. I felt safe during the entire process and every time I needed access to the unit. When I was ready to empty out the unit and cancel the payment for the upcoming month, the process was easy and seamless.
