The entry door was inoperative for many months resulting in limited access. No effort was made to compensate us for the inconvenience. Then rent was raised significantly.

The staff was courteous and professional when I enquired about reserving a storage unit. They were extremely informative about what size I would need and how the process could be completed online. Upon arrival, I was able to pickup the lock, enter the secured facility with a code, and place the items in the unit. I felt safe during the entire process and every time I needed access to the unit. When I was ready to empty out the unit and cancel the payment for the upcoming month, the process was easy and seamless.

The staff members who work in the office are incredible! They really make the job of securing a rental unit as smooth as possible. I have had great interactions with both the ladies who work there, and they were very kind and professional in dealing with all my questions. They are a credit to the local store and the company as a whole. I moved from a smaller unit to a bigger one and they helped me make the right decision.
