Exceptionally managed facilityProperly maintained and clean unitsThe two ladies in the office are the reason for my comments above. There is a lot required of both of them it’s obvious they are dedicated to the customer.CUBE SMART #573UPPER MANAGEMENTTHE LADIES DEFINITELY DESERVE A RAISE.

The staff was courteous and professional when I enquired about reserving a storage unit. They were extremely informative about what size I would need and how the process could be completed online. Upon arrival, I was able to pickup the lock, enter the secured facility with a code, and place the items in the unit. I felt safe during the entire process and every time I needed access to the unit. When I was ready to empty out the unit and cancel the payment for the upcoming month, the process was easy and seamless.

its in a perfect location and the staff is great. Sophie is super friendly and helpful.

The staff members who work in the office are incredible! They really make the job of securing a rental unit as smooth as possible. I have had great interactions with both the ladies who work there, and they were very kind and professional in dealing with all my questions. They are a credit to the local store and the company as a whole. I moved from a smaller unit to a bigger one and they helped me make the right decision.

You were fantastic for a decade

People that work there are great

The place is clean and in good condition. The teaser price was realistic but I was certain that the rate would be increased after a few months so I paid for 10 months to lock in the rate. I would give a higher review but the contract is one size fits all and the unit is not accurately 10 x 15 but really 10 by 13.

The storage was clean and easily accessible. The grounds are well maintained. Office staff are friendly and helpful.

Very clean and great customer service
