To many price increases

Clean and quiet; could use another cart or two. Overall better than other places I’ve used.

I was with you for 10 Years. Due to circumstances of Severe Health and limited income on Social Security. I used to pay and did pay 360 dollars a month. OUTRAGEOUS for a loyal and long-term customer. I used all my savings to pay for a storage unit I could not even get to. Now I had to pay an outrageous Bill to hire people to move my items into an already packed home. The air conditioner was broken, and it was sweltering inside and out. I called a couple of times to ask if I could please have it reduced. Your manager was rude and not understanding in the least. When I originally signed, I was not in a good place at all. You may want to consider having some reduced rates for elderly and handicapped people. This is Florida after all, and many people here are not wealthy. It would be good customer care for you to take these issues into account or send them a hardship application to reduce the payment. That is a huge complaint I have

Not a fan of this location, is not clean, manager isnt attentive. Didnt even introduce herself to me the day I moved in, when I went to move out manager walked out with an attitude didnt say nothing to me. I was helped by other lady and was rude to me didnt even want to close out my account. Told me that I had to wait until the due date to move but because Im very familiar with the process I right away told her No, I can close out now. They are extremely LAZY in this location. Never had carts to help bring things from and to the car. Not happy. Glad I moved out.

Great place

Would like to see gates closed all the time. Found them open twice upon arrival. Had to request billing discontinuation three times.
