People were very friendly and helpful. I paid in advance so hopefully my money will be refunded for the next three months because I paid ahead of time for a 6-month rental. So far so good though.

To be honest the reason why I am giving such a high score is because of the lady at the front desk. She was always welcoming and got things done. There are many storage companies and I could pick any of them, however I would pick yours again because of your staff
