Was told by management that I could not fulfill a reservation because of the fact that I already had a storage here and that in a matter of three months, my rent would go up to the original price of what I had now. She stated that storage is only for short term not for long-term, but yet nowhere on your advertisement does it say only for short term storage. It states self storage nothing of the sort with time frames. And with all that money that they’re making, they only have one moving cart in the whole facility and when I asked the manager on the reason why they have a she had no explanation.

You kept jacking up rent from $68 to $150 a month for the same unit that I was in for 8 years and paid up front annually! and I found a the same size unit elsewhere for $60 a month and a 25% discount for paying up front for a year.Your Local Peeps were good and could only apologize for your greed. I hope my new storage are better than you butt heads. shame on me for staying so long with Cube Smart!
