Was told by management that I could not fulfill a reservation because of the fact that I already had a storage here and that in a matter of three months, my rent would go up to the original price of what I had now. She stated that storage is only for short term not for long-term, but yet nowhere on your advertisement does it say only for short term storage. It states self storage nothing of the sort with time frames. And with all that money that they’re making, they only have one moving cart in the whole facility and when I asked the manager on the reason why they have a she had no explanation.
