The staff are SUPER friendly and helpful, and keep the place very clean and safe. I had another storage unit at an orange facility in town and they were changing managers every month or two. At that place my unit and MANY others were broken into and much was stolen. AT CubeSmart, it feels like someone is always walking around, cleaning, chatting, and checking. My stuff feels safe there.
