The place is clean and the staff is always friendly. The only downside is the amount of carts available at certain times and the elevator. The elevator closes way to fast in my opinion. Other than that we had a great experience with this facility.

Horrible sales tactics. Start people at an ok rate and then DOUBLE almost immediately with zero recourse for customer.I would not recommend you folks to anyone. The manager there was like - “too bad-pay me!”

Great customer service and the facility is always clean and well maintained. I’ve rented a couple units here so far and it’s a very easy process. Definitely recommend!

All employees were terrific and I got the perfect space for what I have.
