They need a lot more moving carts for such a big place 4 carts are not enough and you have to wait for someone to move if they are not available and several people are moving stuff they should have several each floor each location

really enjoyed facility but 2 price increases drove me out. absolutely insaneI will do every possible to discourage friend from renting space from cube smart.

Great place just wish you clean up the bird mess at the side door.

Unit size was perfect. My stuff was there for 7 months and everything looked great when we picked it up. Price was very reasonable for the size of the unit. Fit stuff from a 3 bedroom home with a big den. Could access the unit anytime. It was a drive up unit.

Supportive and responsive staff, clean and orderly building with great climate control.

The Storage unit was fine but I was very displeased as a new widow needing to store sentimental items which were the only memories left of my husband that the payment increased significantly within a couple months time. It became unaffordable and I was forced to give everything I own away. Very sad people care more about $ than a person’s suffering.

Very difficult finding someone who was actually working what I needed to talk to someone.
