You have storage facility in the woods area..no one in office. Sketchy at nite time. Someone broke into my unit from the ceiling.

The place is clean and the staff is always friendly. The only downside is the amount of carts available at certain times and the elevator. The elevator closes way to fast in my opinion. Other than that we had a great experience with this facility.

Horrible sales tactics. Start people at an ok rate and then DOUBLE almost immediately with zero recourse for customer.I would not recommend you folks to anyone. The manager there was like - “too bad-pay me!”
