Great customer service and the facility is always clean and well maintained. I’ve rented a couple units here so far and it’s a very easy process. Definitely recommend!

All employees were terrific and I got the perfect space for what I have.

Clean facility and easy to access when needed. However we tried to downside to smaller unit within the promotion period and staff was unable to process this change at the rate we were quoted.

I originally went to CubeSmart in E.Greenwich planning on a large unit to share with a family member. Laura was/is terrific, very personable, very welcoming. She showed me a unit that I thought was perfect until other family member dropped out. Laura then referred me to W.Warwick because they had an available small unit.I went there and met Matt, who is also top notch, friendly, helpful. It was with Matt that I finalized the renting of a unit

Unexpected rate increases within the 5 months I have been at CubeSmart make me leery of recommending it to others. The increases made me move out sooner than I planned.
