Price went up right after I rented. Too high

LACK OF MAINTENANCE TO PROPERTY AND SECURITY. GATE OUT OF SERVICE AND OPEN TO PUBLIC 24/7 SINCE OCTOBER 2025. LARGE PIECE OF CEMENT BROKEN OFF AT EDGE OF APRON LEADING TO SPERRY ROAD, REPORTED TO OFFICE AFTER FRONT TIRE STUCK THAT HOLE. HOLES IN CONCRETE AT CHECK IN KIOSK. DOORS TO HALL WHERE I RENTED VACATED UNIT IN DISREPAIR; DO NOT CLOSE MAKING TEMP CONTROL A FARCE. NO WAY TO REPORT PROBLEMS TO ACTUAL PERSON EXCEPT THE STAFF ON DUTY AT THE SITE. COMPLAINTS SENT BACK TO SITE.

Getting my unit, checking on my stuff and leaving my unit was all pretty easy, but in my four years of having the unit, my rent went up nearly 400%. If I hadn't made arrangements to have someone take the things in my unit, I would have moved it to another facility.

The customer service was outstanding. Pricing is competitive. Facilities are clean and modern.
