Tiffany Hall, manager of the Westlake, Ohio CubeSmart is the primary (and only) reason I would recommend this unit. She is a tremendous asset to your company and appreciated by all who come in contact with her. Very well run unit. Very kind to her customers. You are lucky to have her.

Great staff. Very secure.

I only had the storage unit for 3 months and my price was increased about $20. I looked on the internet and CubeSmart was offering my size unit for less than I was paying to begin with.Also the snow was not removed from the area of my unit.

On the plus side, convenient location, responsive customer service, clean and safe facility. On the negative side, large and frequent price increases.

The person at the desk at this CubeSmart location is lazy. Could do a move out because she was closing in 1h30!!
