Wel,l you’ve almost double my rent in 3 years so ya no thanks. Not using you guys again.

Over the many years I have been a customer I noticed significant rental increases. This past increase was my final straw as my new location is closer to my home in Huntington Beach, $100 less than what the new rate is for a 10x12, whereas I had a 10x10, and in a much newer and more secure location. When I asked the front desk if they could compete with the price so that I did not have to move, I was offered a $15 discount. I showed here multiple locations nearby and closer to my residence that were less than the new rate and all I was offered was $15 off. The day I went to move out there was a roof leak and luckily there was no visible damage to my items.

Good service and fair price

They started not letting go to my unit if I didn't make my payment on due date. B4, if I was a few days lay, no problem, late fees applied. But why they became so greedy and selfish and $hungry, beats me. So I got my things out of storage. I rented this unit 4 over 2 years only to become a victim of selfish $ hungry businesses...I'm not happy with cube smart storage.

Staff very nice facility conveniently located and registration was so simple didn't take long at all ...

The manager is very thoughtful and very accommodating. They keep the grounds very clean or organized. I feel very safe when I am there especially later in the evening.,

When we moved into the storage unit it was clean and well maintained. Over the past few months the stairs have been littered and other renters remain at the unit for large portions of the day and block the hallway.

It was a good unit and what I needed at the time.

Unit has regular walls to support storage shelves and has lighting and can acess entry and exit without having to get out of the vehicle and price is reasonable.
