Pricing constantly increased over 6 months. This was disappointing. To compare different storage facilities within relatively close proximity, for a 10 X 20 unit, Cubesmart is $100 more.

The lady at the Westmont Il. location was great, she explained everything and made the whole process very easy. You could tell that she wants you to have a good experience renting from them. It was definitely the easiest part of moving.I would use Cube Smart again.

Too expensive. Yearly increases approach 100.00 month. Only 5days to pay or else 20 percent late fee. Unheard of. Then I open up my storage to nothing but dirt and dust all over my items. Ruining many of them. Then I leave out 4 days early and told no money return.
