The lady at the Westmont Il. location was great, she explained everything and made the whole process very easy. You could tell that she wants you to have a good experience renting from them. It was definitely the easiest part of moving.I would use Cube Smart again.

Too expensive. Yearly increases approach 100.00 month. Only 5days to pay or else 20 percent late fee. Unheard of. Then I open up my storage to nothing but dirt and dust all over my items. Ruining many of them. Then I leave out 4 days early and told no money return.

Very clean unit and property area; helpful whenever I needed assistance with minimal wait time; price was reasonable and they offered good promotions; nice sized storage units with ample options to choose from; friendly and professional staff.
