Storage units size isn't the size that you advertise. Would not match competitors price for same size unit.

Communication with the site was rare and spotty. It got a bit better over the 3 months, but the beginning was rocky and I had to call corporate to get the answers I needed and get the local site to respond. We have used your storage at the same location a total of 4 times over the years and this was a bit less positive that all the prior. Jacqueline was the old manager ( I believe that was her name about 5 years ago) and she was amazing.

I tried to reach someone to negotiate a better price but they were unable to do anything.
