Even though you have a nice facility, your price increases have priced me right out of the unit. Too many and too steep for people on a fixed income. In fact, based on this reason, I would have given you an even lower score but you have nice people working there and I hated to be too mean.

your company stole my first month's rent. store manager claimed " accounting department" said my payment didn't clear even though my credit card company shows it did. tried to contact the home office but no one answered and no one would return my call. the final straw was when I went to the office to pay my rent and no one was there. No office hours posted on the door and no one there. I could have paid online but I don't trust you after ripping me of the first time.

The facility is clean and the manager is awesome.

The storage facility is GREAT! The pricing however is not locked in. Very frustrating when the price creeps up over time, with nothing changing about the storage.

I loved the storage unit, and the place was kept clean and secure, but the rent almost doubled (without any warning or feedback) in the 6 months that I was there. The rent increase made me move. If I could have locked down a yearly rate when I first moved there- I would have stayed.

The hours are excellent for patrons to gain entrance. However, each year my storage fees skyrocketed. Consider giving longtime customers a discount.

Good service and ease of access.

location of my storage unit is a long walk and parking isn't good, especially if its busy.
