Cathy was very helpful in determining what size we needed, and she kept me in the loop as to availability of the larger size available as we got closer to move date. This is the second time we have used this same facility, and it is always clean and ready.

The facility and management is great although the cost for the storage unit would increase every couple of months even though no changes were made to the facility or amenities.

Even though you have a nice facility, your price increases have priced me right out of the unit. Too many and too steep for people on a fixed income. In fact, based on this reason, I would have given you an even lower score but you have nice people working there and I hated to be too mean.

your company stole my first month's rent. store manager claimed " accounting department" said my payment didn't clear even though my credit card company shows it did. tried to contact the home office but no one answered and no one would return my call. the final straw was when I went to the office to pay my rent and no one was there. No office hours posted on the door and no one there. I could have paid online but I don't trust you after ripping me of the first time.

The facility is clean and the manager is awesome.

The storage facility is GREAT! The pricing however is not locked in. Very frustrating when the price creeps up over time, with nothing changing about the storage.
