Minor complaint is that the carts could be bigger, I had to move a large chair and the cart just barely fit between the legs.

The facility itself is excellent. Super clean and well weather maintained. The only reason k left honestly was it got too expensive for me. Going from $150 to $210 which was more than I could afford. If money was not an object I would have definitely stayed.

First and foremost, Customer service was great. Staff was always willing to help and provide any information. Security and access were true to promised access.

Friendly service, especially the manager. He helped me arrange for space when my son needed to move from Indiana to take a job in Illinois. He kept his unit until covid and his brother moved from the city to use it. The loading dock that is covered makes moving in bad weather less complicated. He was so helpful, I then used the unit again when we had too many cars to manage and then rented a parking spot. All very convenient and easy to set up.
