Both Marcy and Brian were attentive, accommodating and addressed my storage needs with great recommendations.

Rate increases were ridiculous. I went from $107 in 2022 to the current rate you were going to charge was $193. I understand rates going up but not at that rate.I was able to get a larger unit at Public storage no farther from my house than Cubesmart for a larger unit (10x10) for $111 per month.Also the parking situation was a nightmare.

This is a very nice facility, kept very clean and secure. Friendly staff make moving in quick and easy.

I would’ve give this place 5 stars because the customer service was excellent, and I really appreciate having 24/7 access to my items whenever I need them. The only downside is that the price felt too high for the smallest storage unit. Other than that, everything else was great.

It's a nice palace but I'm not thrilled with the increase amount which made me have to change units.

Clean and easy to work with. Negative is the substantial rent increase.
