You increase the rent too much making it impossible to love your location/offering.

Everything perfect except the incessant and high price increases over time. The best feature of the Wheaton, IL CubeSmart is your Manager, MARCY. She is fantastic! Customer-focused, efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to help her tenants. We chose to continue our relationship with this CubeSmart due to her.

I gave a 10 because I've been renting for about 11 months and everything was still in shape nothing was missing and the customer service was everything and definitely would recommend and will definitely be back if needed!
