The unit was falling apart and was very expensive. I would not recommend CubeSmart for these reasons. I would attach a picture of the unit if it were an option.

Conditions inside storage no suitable for lots of valuable items,it might mold or dampness might damage it. Ceiling is dropping some depree or insulation material on top of items.

There were holes in the wall in my unit and you refused to fix it. For over 8 months, the gate was broken, and you left it open from 6 am to close with no one on premises. You charged me for a lock and never took possession of it. You have one job, provide a secure place to keep things and you did not do that.

Cubesmart did not honor the price that the reservation stated, or the free month of rent. It has been 3 days, and I have been getting the runaround from 2 of the local employees. I realize that CubeSmart can survive without my money, but I can survive with renting a unit from CubeSmart. If they do not correct this PROBLEM soon, I will be leaving. The local employees should of corrected the problem in 5 MINUTES. It is my opinion that the local employees are doing a bait and switch

Management is very unprofessional and it was weird that after we paid our unit they left the lock on it for 3 days. It took for my husband to call from a different number and go in person to figure out what was going on. Additionally, while my husband was cleaning out the unit, there was a guy in a truck surrounding him and driving in circles the entire time. A video was taken of how the unit was left in tact for legality purposes.

At this specific location, semi-trucks with trailers were blocking access to more than a dozen storage units at the same time. I don’t know if that’s the business model at this site or if it was just complete chaos. The semi-truck drivers are also damaging the gate, and as a result it’s left open 24/7.
