Cubesmart did not honor the price that the reservation stated, or the free month of rent. It has been 3 days, and I have been getting the runaround from 2 of the local employees. I realize that CubeSmart can survive without my money, but I can survive with renting a unit from CubeSmart. If they do not correct this PROBLEM soon, I will be leaving. The local employees should of corrected the problem in 5 MINUTES. It is my opinion that the local employees are doing a bait and switch

Management is very unprofessional and it was weird that after we paid our unit they left the lock on it for 3 days. It took for my husband to call from a different number and go in person to figure out what was going on. Additionally, while my husband was cleaning out the unit, there was a guy in a truck surrounding him and driving in circles the entire time. A video was taken of how the unit was left in tact for legality purposes.

At this specific location, semi-trucks with trailers were blocking access to more than a dozen storage units at the same time. I don’t know if that’s the business model at this site or if it was just complete chaos. The semi-truck drivers are also damaging the gate, and as a result it’s left open 24/7.

Very Professional Service. Andy and his team always calls and gave updates if anything is going on with the unit. I forget to put the lock on the 2nd door. Andy called me right away and I was able to put the lock. Facility is clean as it can be. This is the 2nd time I used this facility. I will come again if needed to.

There is always room for impovement. Rates too high for the space so had to get eerything out of storage since it went up again and it appears to be every year increase.

Quick and easy to reserve a space, plus the woman who assisted me was very knowledgeable and informative.
