Gates always open. Power washed during some work. Flooded m y belongings.

It was easy to check out my options online. I ended up calling to make the reservation, though, because it would not go through on your website at the time.

I am renting the storage at this location for past 15 years and had good experience with the management and quality of storage for the amount I was charged throughout the years.

The gates kept breaking making a secured location unsecured. You know that was part of what I was paying for. The sewers are caving and takes awhile before that gets fixed and jacked rent so horribly that note all the garbage and stench from the dump across my old unit was inside my unit. When I called to have the rent reassessed to lower I was told its all part of the game and if I want a lower rate go online and move my stuff from unit to unit. Yah I'm disabled but you I took that advice and got completely out of that facility. The new one is 1000x better and while the rent will go up I won't have to deal with crappy drives collapsing sewers and garbage floating into my unit. I will never come back and sure others know about my experience
